HB394 by Rose (Relating to use of the money from the Texas Enterprise Fund to benefit small businesses.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill provides that the Governor consider making grants from the Texas Enterprise Fund to small businesses in Texas that commit to creating additional jobs, or for the relocation of small businesses from outside the state.  There would be a cost to the fund depending on the number of grants made out of the fund.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
