No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code related to political advertising and provides a civil penalty. It is assumed that any additional costs and revenue associated with implementation of the bill would not be significant.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
