HB544 by Raymond (Relating to the filing of an application for a place on the general primary election ballot.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require an application for a place on the general primary election ballots to be filed with the state chair or the county chair or the secretary, if any, of the county executive committee, for the office of state senator or state representative filled by the voters of a single county.  The bill would be effective September 1, 2009.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
