HB605 by Farabee (Relating to mileage reimbursement for state employees.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Government Code to include safety considerations when determining the number of miles that are eligible for reimbursement by state employees. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
