No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Utilities Code to require Retail Electric Providers (REPs) to submit financial reports to the Public Utility Commission for monitoring.

Based on information provided by the Public Utility Commission, it is assumed that costs of the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
