No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit an appraisal district, a taxing unit, or a tax assessor or collector from posting the name of a property owner on the Internet if the property owner chooses to prohibit online disclosure of that information.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
