No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Business and Commerce Code relating to the prices of certain consumer goods and services during a declared state of disaster.  The bill could increase complaints, investigations, or cases by the Office of Attorney General but any costs associated with this bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
