No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize a county commissioners court to abate, remove, and impose a fine for a nuisance occurring in the unincorporated area of the county. The bill would also authorize a county commissioners court by order to prevent and punish a person engaging in disorderly conduct in the unincorporated area of the county.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
