No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require a local government entity that acquires knowledge regarding a proposed pipeline project that may transport a hazardous liquid in or through the entity's boundaries or jurisdiction to promptly give written notice to any other local government entity that may reasonably be expected to be affected.
