No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Education Agency to broadcast meetings of the State Board of Education in a live video and audio format over the Internet and providing access to archived audio and video on the agency's web site.

Costs to the agency are not expected to be significant.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
