No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require manufacturers to conspicuously label products that contain bisphenol-A. It is assumed that any additional costs for label inspections and licensing by the Department of State Health Services can be absorbed within existing resources.  

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
