No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to create as a public nuisance offense the act of keeping, storing, or accumulating an animal carcass in certain locations if the third day after the date on which the person is officially notified to abate the nuisance the nuisance remains unabated.
