No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code relating to the possession of a child less than three years of age in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship.  To the extent the bill would amend court procedures in family law cases, no affect on judicial workloads or fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
