IN RE:
HB998 by Brown, Fred (Relating to the hearing and final decision of certain occupational licensing contested cases by a State Office of Administrative Hearings administrative law judge.), As Introduced

Based on analysis of the State Office of Administrative Hearings and the Texas Department of License and Regulation, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.
