No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Section 469.102(b) of the Government Code to increase the number of days in which a person shall submit plans and specifications for the purpose of eliminating architectural barriers. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation would be required to amend existing rules to implement the provisions of the bill. It is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
