No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to certain procedures for forwarding a warrant of arrest or a complaint in a criminal case.  According to the Office of Court Administration, the bill would update statutory language to reflect current practice due to technological advances.  No fiscal impact to the State is anticipated.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
