No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to create an appellate process for the community development block grant program and to abolish the state community development review committee.  The Office of Rural Community Affairs indicates it could absorb the costs associated with the bill within its current resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
