No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Secretary of State to conduct a study of the feasibility of eliminating, by 2013, the May uniform election date, and report findings and recommendations to the speaker and lieutenant government by December 1, 2010.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
