No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would establish licensing requirements and scope of practice for advanced practice registered nurses. The bill would require the Texas Board of Nursing to adopt rules to implement the provisions of the bill.

The Texas Board of Nursing indicates it could absorb the costs associated with the bill within its current resources.
