No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the finality of an administrative law judge's decision in a contested case involving disciplinary action against a physician. 

Based on the analysis of the Texas Medical Board and the State Office of Administrative hearings, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
