HB1170 by Martinez, "Mando" (Relating to the qualifications to conduct a social study in certain suits affecting the parent-child relationship.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The would amend Section 170.0511 of the Family Code, Social Study Evaluators: Minimum Qualifications, by adding subsection (g) that would create an exemption for individuals who before September 1, 2007 had at least five years of experience as a social study evaluator, and had conducted at least 100 social studies.

 

It is assumed that any cost associated with the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
