HB1310 by Solomons (Relating to the use of a tanning facility device by a minor.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit the use of a tanning device by a minor except with written permission from a physician for a specified number of visits or a period of twelve months.  It is assumed that any cost of  rule making and complaint calls can be absorbed within existing budgets at the Health and Human Services Commission and the Department of State Health Services.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
