HB1349 by Vaught (Relating to the supervision of juvenile case managers.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require a judge to supervise a juvenile case manager if one is employed by the court, but allows the judge to delegate the duty to another officer of the court who is authorized to conduct juvenile hearings. The judge may not delegate the supervision duty to the court clerk.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
