No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would create an offense (Class B Misdemeanor) for operating a motor vehicle used to transport a load of oil and gas drill cuttings generated from a closed loop drilling waste operation if the load is not completely sealed.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
