HB1573 by Thompson (Relating to a requirement that a recipient of money from the Texas Enterprise Fund provide a health benefit plan for its employees.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require grant recipients of the Texas Enterprise Fund to provide a health benefit plan to its employees used in any activity or project financed by the grant.  The bill would be effective September 1, 2009.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
