HB1654 by Anchia (Relating to the appointment of high school deputy registrars.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require each high school principal to designate four people as deputy registrars. The four deputies must be either employees of the high school or employees of the school district in which the high school is located and who are serving at the high school. At least three of the four must be classroom teachers or certified full-time counselors.  The bill would be effective September 1, 2009.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
