HB1685 by Hardcastle (Relating to the sale of certain alcoholic beverages to private club registration permit holders.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code, Sections 19.01, 20.01, and 21.01 to allow holders of certain wholesaler’s permits to sell ale and malt liquor directly to holders of private club registration permits.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.

 

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) anticipates no significant fiscal impact to their agency from the bill.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
