No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Department of Licensing and Regulation to amend rules for the issuance of a barbershop permit. The Department of Licensing and Regulation anticipates it could implement the provisions of this bill using existing agency resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
