No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add Section 392.105 to Subchapter F, Chapter 392, Local Government Code, to allow a participant in the housing choice voucher program under Section 8, U.S. Housing Act of 1937, whose assistance has been terminated by a housing authority to file suit in the state district court or the statutory county court of the county in which the participant resided through the use of that assistance.
