No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code to allow a motor vehicle insurance policy holder to exclude certain persons from coverage of that policy. Based on analysis by the Texas Department of Insurance, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill can be absorbed within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
