IN RE:	HB2046 by Naishtat (Relating to the authority of a county to adopt and enforce a fire code for certain buildings in the unincorporated area of the county.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to remove the population bracket to therefore authorize any county commissioners court to adopt a fire code and rules necessary to administer and enforce the fire code.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
