No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code regarding the expenditure of funds for political advertising by a political subdivision. It is assumed that any additional cost associated with the implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
