No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Property Code and provide that the Office of the Attorney General (OAG)may bring a lawsuit against a charitable entity for breach of fiduciary duty. The OAG indicates that any costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
