No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The provisions of the bill repeal the authority for the establishment and administration of the Border Health Institute in the City of El Paso. The Higher Education Coordinating Board assumes that the bill reflects the Institute’s success in fulfilling its original purpose and that its coordinating role is no longer needed.
