No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend statute and defines as a Class C misdemeanor the obtaining or furnishing of information from digital media which is not readily obtainable by the owner of the media unless a valid work order exists. The Office of the Attorney General anticipates any additional work resulting from the implementation of the bill could be reasonably absorbed with current resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
