No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health & Safety Code and require the Office of the Attorney General to develop and update a publication describing the benefits of a father’s prenatal involvement in the child’s life. Any additional costs associated with the implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
