No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 214.905 of the Local Government Code to add locations within one-half mile of a commuter rail station to the list of areas to which a municipality is allowed to establish maximum sales prices for a privately produced housing unit or residential building lot.
