No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code relating to persons authorized to conduct a marriage ceremony.  The bill would add a federal administrative law judge to those persons authorized to conduct a marriage ceremony. The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
