HB2728 by Howard, Charlie (Relating to the transfer of certain state property from the Department of Aging and Disability Services to the Veterans' Land Board.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would transfer approximately 20 acres of property from the Department of Aging and Disability Services to the Veterans' Land Board. 

According to the General Land Office, the value of the property to be transferred is approximately $90,000.  Transfer of the property should not result in a significant fiscal impact to either agency.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
