No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would abolish the Texas Environmental Education Partnership Fund which was formerly comprised of a board appointed by the Governor. The board, which funding from the Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEP) program at the Texas Commisssion on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to purchase and install air monitors. The TCEQ reports that the SEP project is closed and no longer active.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
