No fiscal impact to the state is anticipated unless state funds are appropriated to pay the debt service on future bonds issued.

Local Government Impact

To the degree Temple College issues bonds to fund this Multi-Institution Teaching Center, there may be a local impact to the district through the establishment of (or increase in) local property taxes for debt service.
