The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the power of a licensing authority to revoke, suspend, or deny a license on the basis of certain criminal proceedings.

Based on information provided by the Department of Licensing and Regulation, it is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed by utilizing existing resources.
