No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code to include additional requirements regarding information to be provided to employees covered by workers' compensation health care networks.  Based on the analysis provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of this bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
