HB2875 by Hunter (Relating to the authority of counties and certain intergovernmental pools to require reimbursement for punitive damage coverage.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would enable counties, together with the intergovernmental pool providing liability coverages, the option of shifting some of the costs for punitive damage coverage to any of the county officials and employees who would be willing to reimburse for additional coverage.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
