No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Provisions of the bill would establish the Texas Hurricane Center for Innovative Technology as part of the University of Houston's College of Engineering. The institution estimates that establishing the Center could be done within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
