No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Business and Commerce Code and provide that operators of certain parking services display, either on the claim ticket or at the payment booth, the name, address or telephone information of the operator of the service. It is assumed that any additional legal work by the Office of the Attorney General resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.
