No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code relating to the sale or purchase of certain game animals or birds.  The bill would include feathers, bones or feet of a certain game birds, and horns or skulls from antelope, bighorn sheep, javelina or squirrel, to the list of inedible parts which are not prohibited from sale.  To the extent the bill would modify game provisions, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
