No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code relating to the sale or purchase of certain game. The bill would include feathers, bones or feet of a migratory game bird, and horns or skull from antelope, bighorn sheep, javelina or squirrel, to the list of inedible parts which are not prohibited for sale. To the extent the bill would modify game provisions, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.
