IN RE:	HB3103 by Leibowitz (Relating to a change in ownership of entities awarded grants from the Texas Enterprise Fund.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require an entity that acquires a grant recipient of the Texas Enterprise Fund to report the change in ownership or control to the governor and comply with the grant agreement that the grant recipient entered into.  The bill would be effective September 1, 2009.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
