No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Business and Commerce Code and provide requirements on consumer contracts entered into by electronic means. The Office of the Attorney General indicates that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
